Alsatian wardrobe 18th century

Sober and restful design for this piece of furniture which characterizes the cupboards known as "with cushions", present for the panel of the doors a central motif of elongated shape in the form of a bastioned kiosk with soft and undulating moldings. The base, provided with a large drawer, and the cornice use the same type of arrangement with a large curved band inlaid with walnut. The rhythm is given by this alternation of large beaches inlaid with walnut and blond oak used for framing and protruding moldings. Very rare in its proportions and small dimensions giving it an unequaled charm, this Alsatian wardrobe is from the 18th century.
