This pretty capriot, in her local-coloured coat, who, given the pannier held on her head and the vine shoots that cover the top of the painting, is probably attached to the work of the harvest. The body of the young woman stands out against the landscaped background, stopped by the blue of the sea and dotted with houses with white walls. The work, an important oil on canvas, is signed Emmanuel Benner at the bottom right, located in Capri and dated 1872.
