18th century chest inlaid with compass rose

Chest with carved panels in reserve of moldings and scrolls, on the front and on the top, four inlaid motifs with compass rose decoration, beautiful wrought iron side handles, dovetail assembly. 18th century furniture in its original state, raw oak stain, natural color. The interior is fitted with a small box with a folding lid, which in the raised position allows the top of the box to be supported in the open position. Iron hinges and lock. The carved wooden consoles with acanthus leaves placed on the chest as well as the carved and gilded wooden capital can be the subject of a detailed offer. The work on the wall, red dot abstraction, oil on canvas from the 60s is signed by Marcel Récher.
