Rare walnut cradle inlaid on all sides. Decor of floral scrolls on the side panels, on one side, Initials, on either side of a love, overhanging a shield, probably coats of arms, in the center of which a stylized tree. On the other side, a decoration of foliage surrounds a haume or helmet, and suggests a family descended from the nobility or chivalry. The essences used for the inlaid motifs are country woods, maple and fruit trees. The cradle was later fitted with a planter made of copper. Beautiful and rare decorative object, probably of Swiss origin and from the 18th century
