18th century inlaid coffee table

Sturdy and well molded base finished with claw feet encloses a sphere, the crosspieces of the belt are carved with a shell. The top with scalloped and molded contours is entirely inlaid with contrasting woods forming a decor of interlacing and scrolls in reserves of walnut frieze.
